Our Mission

It is our goal to ensure that every home health care agency is prepared to survive and thrive in the ICD-10 world.

At ICD-10 Coach Alex, we understand that a successful transition means agency-wide efforts. Many providers continue to think of ICD-10 as a “coding problem” or an “IT upgrade”, and the scarcity of help for home health agencies that tackles ICD-10 planning comprehensively was the impetus for this coaching program’s development. We believe in the good that home health brings to its patients and their families, and we want to make sure you can continue to do so.

About Us

Alex Morganti got his start in home health care working as the Patient Benefits and Agency Insurance Specialist at one of the largest HHAs on the east coast. He is the developer of A.D. Maxim Consulting's ICD-10 Coaching Program, and the author of the Home Health ICD-10 Implementation Answers Guide, offered through DecisionHealth. Alex is also a member of the WEDI/CMS ICD-10 Implementation Success Initiative Home Health and Hospice Stakeholder Subgroup, whose aim is to organize and disseminate ICD-10 educational resources to home health agencies on a national level.

Alex loves hiking, biking, and bad sci-fi movies. He will gladly accept/provide suggestions for all three.
